In recent years, the Chinese government has always advocated democracy in the country; in fact, one-party government is unable to implement democracy, not to mention a healthy system of laws. Because due to the lack of other influential opposition party's supervision, of those have not been well-thought- out policies enacted by the law are often the most barbaric and cruel. For the common people, the injury is the biggest, one harm such as planned procreation policy, because this policy from its beginning to the end speaks of no democracy and human rights at all. To know that to give birth to children and to raise them are our most important human survival premises. It is also the most basic rights' obligations for us. However, when this right faces the Chinese planned procreation policy, it is displayed as a confrontation. Since thousands of years of Human development; there is no one dynasty of kings and rulers force their people to ligate their genitals, this is because human beings know those who perform this action speak no human rights, they are immoral.
