Chinese people are pretty familiar with fake stuff, like fake cigarettes, fake drink, fake brand names, fake ID, etc. The Chinese technology of fraud is top level around the world, making fake products even look better than real, which might be known to a lot of people.

In China, you may hear such claims very often: "Consumers please carefully read about the expiration date and manufacturer", What a joke, when you go to super market, you are responsible to identify fake product on your own! If so, why do we need those Food Safety Authorities, the FDA, and all those government agencies?! When problems pop up, the government even accuses ordinary people for lacking sense of self-protection and ability to differentiate. Don't know why people still have to feed these "professionals" with tax money, if they don't do a thing except telling people to "identify on your own".

If simple counterfeit products can be solved by the officials spending a little bit more effort on it, then the "legally junk" stuff could walk across China without any problems, because someone purchased some legal "packaging" for these products. For example weight loss products, herbal products, and body-trimming products... How many people missed the opportunity to find a cure or even loss their lives, and how many women had to live with pain and self-depreciation, or even abandoned by her husband and lose everything! Some media with a conscience also reported and urged for their misfortune with sympathy, but the real culprit is still out of law!
