1998年6月26日到2008年6月26日，中国民主党创建了整整十年。在中国大陆，中国民主党一直遭到中国执政当局的镇压。作为中国民主党主要创始人之一，我被迫流亡美国。中国民主党以美国为基地，在学习和探索中，艰难的发展，逐渐的壮大。

Since Jun. 26, 1998 to Jun. 26, 2008, China Democracy Party has been set up for ten years. In China mainland, CDP has been suppressing by CCP authorities. To be one of the important founders, I was forced to enter America. We set up the base of CDP in America, we have been studying and researching in America, we were difficult and hard to develop CDP, and CDP became bigger and bigger.

我们通过开展各种政治活动和社会活动，来推动中国执政党进行政治变革和社会变革；我们通过提出中国民主党的各项政治诉求和政治主张，进行理论准备；我们通过宣传中国民主党的各项政治诉求和政治主张，进行思想准备；我们通过在中国大陆建立中国民主党的地下组织，通过在海外发展党员和培养骨干，和在实践锻炼中形成政治领袖集团，进行组织准备和人才准备。

Through to hold any political activities and any social activities, we have been promoting China party in power to reform the political reform and the social reform; Through to raise any political requests and stands of CDP, we have been preparing our theories; Through to propagate any political requests and stands of CDP, we have been preparing our thought; Through to set up the secret organizations of CDP in China, through to recruit members of CDP and train the backbone members of CDP in overseas, and through to form a leaders' group in practice, we have been preparing our organizations and talents of CDP.

我们的目标是在中国实现民主制度，实现多党制。我们要在党禁政策被冲破的时候，就已经做好了组织准备、人才准备、思想准备和理论准备。目前，我们通过长期坚持不懈的努力和奋斗，逐步在美国和中国建立起中国民主党的政治系统、社会系统和经济系统，并以此形成我们的政治实力、社会实力和经济实力。我们将成为中国最大的政治反对党，走上中国的政治舞台。

Our goal is that the democratic system and multi-party system will be realized in China. We will have been prepared the theories, the thought, the organizations and the talents of CDP when the banned partyós policies will be broken. Now, through our hard working and struggling long term, we will have been setting up the political system, the social system and economic system of CDP in China and in America, and we will form our political force, social force and economic force by this way. We will become the biggest opposing party in China, and we will step up the political stage in China.

我们愿意凭借我们的毅力、耐力、信心和决心，冲破各种困难险阻，实现我们的理想和目标。
