China Democracy Party advocate that the administration officers of government should carry out loyally the policies of the party in the power, the policies donót against the constitution and laws. The administration officers of government wonót threaten theirsó jobs in government when the party in power has been changed.

中国民主党主张政府行政人员必须保持政治中立；政府行政人员在执行政策时，不得对任何政党和团体进行偏袒；政府行政人员可以涉入政治事务，但不可介入政治斗争。

China Democracy Party advocate that the administration officers of government must be neutral in the political affairs; the administration officers of government canót take side with any organizations when they are carrying out the policies; the administration officers of government can involve the political affairs, but they canót involve the political struggle.
