一、凡为中国民主党的事业作出以下贡献的党员，中国民主党将给予通报表扬：
1. Any CDP members, who have made the follow contribution for the cause of CDP, will be issued the Public Notice for Praising of CDP:

(1)、参加中国民主党组织的政治活动和社会活动过程中，表现特别突出。
(1). Who have a special displaying when they attend the political and social activities of CDP.

(2)、为中国民主党的事业和中国民主事业作出了特殊贡献。
(2). Who have made a special contribution for the cause of CDP or the democratic cause in China.

二、凡为中国民主党的事业作出以下贡献的党员，中国民主党将为其颁发嘉奖令，并在中国民主党网站上公布：
1. Any CDP members, who have made the follow contribution for the cause of CDP, will be rewarded the Merit Order of CDP:

(1)、累计发展中国民主党党员三人以上。
(1). Who have recruited more than three new members of CDP totally.

(2)、为中国民主党的事业和中国民主事业作出了重大贡献。
(2). Who have made a great contribution for the cause of CDP or the democratic cause in China.

(3)、每季度参加中国民主党民主马拉松集会八次以上。
(3). Who have attended the Democratic Marathon Protests of CDP more than eight times within one season.

(4)、每季度参加中国民主党民主渗透活动十次以上。
(4). Who have attended the Democratic infiltration Operation of CDP more than ten times within one season.

此条例于2007年5月1日制订，2009年4月1日修订。
